Description

The Caribbean Sharpnose Toby or Atlantic Toby Pufferfish (Canthigaster Rostrata) is a small fish from the Western Atlantic Ocean. It can be encountered from the coast of South Carolina to Venezuela, including the Bermuda, the Gulf of Mexico and the Caribbean Sea. It reaches a maximum size of only 5″ inches. Some Pufferfish grow quite large, however, the smaller Puffers are commonly called Tobies, thus the name “Atlantic Toby”.
